Important Notice About Our Artwork
Most of our fractal artwork pieces are one-of-a-kind creations. Due to the unique nature of these pieces, we maintain a strict returns policy to protect the integrity and value of the artwork.
Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Please note that colors displayed on your monitor may vary slightly from the actual artwork due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, and display settings. We make every effort to photograph our pieces accurately, but some variation between the digital image and physical piece is normal and expected.
General Return Policy
Returns are generally not accepted except under the circumstances outlined below.
Standard Returns (Buyer’s Remorse)
If you wish to return a piece for any reason other than damage or defect:
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Restocking Fee: 35% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Return Authorization Required: You must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, the artwork must be returned in like-new condition, which includes:
No scratches, dents, scuffs, or fingerprints
All original packaging intact and undamaged
Artwork in the exact condition it was received
All accompanying materials, certificates, or documentation included
Additional fees may be incurred if the returned piece is not in like-new condition. The amount will be assessed upon inspection and deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us immediately via our contact form or email
Provide photos of the damage and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis
Resolution may include replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances
Commissioned & Custom Work
All commissioned and custom artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable. By placing a commission order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
International Orders
We welcome international customers! Please note:
Return timeframes may be extended for international orders due to customs processing and shipping times
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties incurred
Contact us before returning international orders so we can provide guidance on the most efficient return method
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your artwork via our contact form or email
Include the following information:
Order number
Item name/description
Reason for return
Photos (if claiming damage)
Wait for your RMA number – Do not return items without authorization
Carefully package the artwork in its original packaging
Ship the item using a trackable, insured shipping method
Provide us with tracking information
Refund Information
Refund Method: Original payment method only
Processing Time: 7-14 business days after we receive and examine the returned artwork
Refund Amount: Purchase price minus 35% restocking fee and minus original shipping charges (for standard returns)
Shipping Costs: Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different piece, you may return the original item following the standard return process and place a new order. Please note that one-of-a-kind pieces sell quickly and may no longer be available.
